Catering for meetings, conferences, company celebrations, trade fairs and large events with more than 10,000 guests is planned, organised and implemented by a separate trade fair catering department.
Our partner, CCS Catering, Consulting und Service GmbH, has been a permanent service provider since Messe Erfurt GmbH was established and has been the exclusive caterer since 01.01.2014. The traditional Thuringian company is certified by TÜV Thüringen according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, as well as HACCP and according to the EC Eco Regulation with the organic seal.
Stay local & fair!
The company primarily uses regional suppliers. This enables the company to purchase and process regional and seasonal products. This is reflected in the range of dishes which are on offer. In winter, winter vegetables such as Brussels sprouts and savoy cabbage are on the menu. In May and June, however, the menu features asparagus, plus mushrooms and game in the autumn.
The event catering team continues to use Fairtrade products. Since 2014, for example, the coffee range has been completely converted to Fairtrade products. Furthermore, since 2010, the company has been certified as organic by the DE-060 inspection body and it offers customers a wide range of regional, seasonal products, using a high proportion of organic food.
