In addition, all rooms are barrier-free and accessible via the glass lift in the foyer of the Centre. You can also use our interpreting booths and our excellent event catering services which are provided at the site.

Would you like to have perfect projection facilities, a public address system or a complete range of technical equipment? That’s no problem... we can realise your individual equipment requirements in every seminar room.
Excellent site for logistics
Thanks to the direct tram connection, you can reach Erfurt city centre within 10 minutes. In addition, 3,500 parking spaces are available at the trade fair site for our guests. You can plan and implement deliveries right up to every door.
Direct delivery
Materials for conferences, congresses and trade fairs can be delivered via the ground-level access road to each of our halls. Production vehicles with an axle load of up to 10 tonnes can be unloaded directly in the halls.
The clearances of the hall entrances are 4.75 m x 4.65 m and therefore provide easy access for most lorries and transport vehicles.
