Exhibition Hall 1 has an event area of 5,600 m2 and offers space for up to 5,172 seats. The adjacent CongressCenter has 12 rooms and can accommodate up to 726 participants. In total, CongressCenter Erfurt and Exhibition Hall 1 offer space for up to 7,500 visitors in a total area of 8,000 m2.
Through a variety of room concepts, the conference rooms can be optimally adapted to any event size and offer a clear, unobtrusive interior architecture, state-of-the-art event technology and top service - the ideal setting for face-to-face events.

Erfurt-Weimar Airport (about 10 kilometres from Messe Erfurt) facilitates international arrivals. At the same time, Erfurt Main Station (Hauptbahnhof) – a hub of the ICE network – makes it easy to arrive by train. Tram line 2 takes visitors directly from the city centre to the exhibition site.
The motorway connections are also excellent: you can reach Erfurt from any direction via the A4, A71 or A73. Messe Erfurt is located immediately adjacent to the Erfurt West exit of the A4 motorway.

The exhibition site offers a total of around 36,000 m2 of exhibition space, which is divided into various halls and rooms. The exact capacity depends on the type of event, the seating and the room configuration. The areas can be individually configured according to your wishes. Please feel free to contact us.
We are proud of our modern lighting and sound technology, high-speed internet access, video and projection systems, electronic signage, IT infrastructure and much more. Our experienced technical team is at your disposal to help optimise the use of the technical facilities and to ensure the smooth technical execution of your event.
We are also happy to take care of physical well-being: We offer a variety of gastronomic options, including restaurants, bistros, cafés and snack bars that can be open during events. Our exclusive caterer, CCS GmbH, will be happy to prepare an offer for your individual culinary services.
There are various parking lots around the exhibition grounds available for visitors and exhibitors. There is a total of 3,500 visitor parking spaces at the exhibition centre.
We attach great importance to safety and the smooth running of events. As an organiser, you can take advantage of our qualified security personnel, state-of-the-art security technology, evacuation and emergency plans, fire-safety precautions and traffic safety measures. These measures are regularly reviewed and adjusted to meet the highest safety standards and to create a safe environment for all participants.
