Important admission and safety instructions for events and concerts
Dear visitors,
The safety of our visitors is very important to us. We have therefore decided, in consultation with our organisers, to take special preventive measures. Please note the following information about concerts and events at Messe Erfurt. By reading this information, you are helping us to minimise the amount of time spent on admission checks and to reduce admission times.
Admission to public events usually begins 1.5 hours before the start of the event or concert. Please plan to arrive at Messe Erfurt in good time as there will be extensive admission checks, some of which will include a body check.
As the second largest trade fair location in the new federal states, Messe Erfurt has become established as a forum for companies, scientists, doctors, associations and many other institutions in the fast-moving heart of Germany.
More than 220 events, congresses and conferences, trade fairs and exhibitions, company events and concerts are held annually at Messe Erfurt with over 650,000 visitors in attendance in a covered exhibition area comprising over 25,070 m² and an outdoor exhibition area comprising 21,600 m².
The short distances between buildings on the site, as well as the large range of rooms on offer, provide a platform for modern concepts. Regardless of whether you wish to host congresses with exhibitions, conferences and seminars or corporate events, we can help you and we can even implement hybrid event formats here easily.
